App Support
Need a hand with the app, a booking or your account? Email info@collinwoodsgolf.com and Collin will get back to you, usually the same day. Clients can also use Chat in the app to message Collin directly.
Signing in
- Use Sign in with Apple, or the email address you book your lessons with plus your password.
- First time with a password, or forgot it? Tap Create a password or Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a one-time code.
- If the app can't find your lessons, choose Ask Collin to link me and he will connect your account.
Lessons and packages
- Book, reschedule or cancel from Home or Profile › Upcoming Lessons. Inside the cancellation window, message Collin instead.
- Your packages and remaining sessions are under Profile › My Packages.
- Lesson notes and swing videos appear in Lessons after each session.
Deleting your account
Go to Profile › Sign-in & Security › Delete Account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted.
